Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Colorado Springs CO 80903
Duration: 12 months
Qualifications:
- Meeting presentation and facilitation skills
- Professional written and verbal communication

- Microsoft Office Suite
- Maximo Application Suite (preferred)
Knowledge:
- Project Management practices based on PMI
- Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Supply Chain Experience (preferred)
- Maximo Software (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Performs project management activities supporting multiple simultaneous projects following established CSU Technology Project Management processes and practices
- Collaborates with project sponsor and operating departments to identify project objectives milestones resource requirements and deliverables
- Leadsproject team by assembling appropriate technical and business personnel assigning roles and responsibilities builds and facilitates team cohesion
- Develops project artifacts to include but not limited to; requirements documentation scope statements project charters project plans cost estimates technical specifications schedules status reports project closure documents lessons learned documentation
- Tracks monitors analyzes and reports projects costs schedule and scope status
- Drives timely project activities as well as efficient and cost-effective use of time materials and resources
- Identifies tracks assesses communicates and resolves critical issues and potential risks to meet project objectives/deliverables
- Prepares formal and informal project communications
- Ensures projects are executed in compliance with all applicable laws rules regulations ordinances and codes and with company policies procedures and standards.
