About the Role
The Talent Consultant is responsible for sourcing screening and shortlisting high-quality candidates for international clients across multiple industries.
This role manages the recruitment lifecycle from candidate attraction through endorsement ensuring speed quality and strong candidate experience.
The position requires strong sourcing capability structured system usage commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
Source candidates using job boards social media referrals networking and direct outreach.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies aligned with client job briefs.
Build and maintain active candidate pipelines.
Conduct talent mapping for current and future roles.
Maximise candidate conversion from registration to endorsement.
Candidate Screening & Assessment
Conduct structured screening interviews to assess skills experience and culture fit.
Evaluate CVs and application documents for accuracy and suitability.
Prepare shortlisted candidate profiles for Recruitment Consultants.
Ensure efficient CV send times.
Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience.
Systems & Recruitment Technology
Accurately document all recruitment activity in CRM systems.
Maintain high standards of data integrity.
Utilise recruitment platforms effectively.
Track and report on recruitment KPIs and OKRs.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Collaboration & Team Support
Work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers to understand client requirements.
Participate in structured weekly team meetings.
Support revenue-driving recruitment outcomes.
Communicate clearly across departments when required.
Compliance & Professional Standards
Follow internal policies and recruitment processes.
Ensure confidentiality of candidate and client information.
Maintain professional conduct at all times.
Support WH&S compliance where applicable.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 23 years experience in recruitment or sourcing.
Experience in agency recruitment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work toward targets in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
