Job Summary
Support the launch and expansion of the PROMPTS Program across assigned districts and health facilities in line with organizational KPIs.
Coordinate day-to-day PROMPTS program operations including the collation and uploading of enrollment data from health facilities.
Facilitate the enrollment and engagement of new and expectant mothers in the PROMPTS Program.
Maintain strong working relationships with district health teams facility managers and healthcare providers.
Identify training needs within health facilities and coordinate training for healthcare staff on PROMPTS processes and tools.
Provide ongoing support to facility-based PROMPTS focal persons to strengthen service delivery and data quality.
Coordinate supportive supervision activities and monitor facility-level program performance.
Prepare and submit weekly monthly quarterly and annual reports to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor the performance of PROMPTS digital systems and support data quality assurance processes.
Ensure all activities comply with Ghanas Data Protection Act and organizational policies.
Communicate field-level challenges and recommendations to the PROMPTS Program Manager.
Support coordination between field teams health facilities and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Public Health Health Information Management Project Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in public health program implementation including fieldwork supervision monitoring evaluation or data collection activities.
Demonstrated knowledge or experience in digital health or m-Health tools within the healthcare sector.
Strong data collection analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital data collection tools such as STATA R ODK REDCap or similar platforms.
Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Strong organizational problem-solving and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
