- Manage the entity with full responsibility for the performance including:
- Profit and loss performance
- Resort operations
- Marketing and sales
- Guest satisfaction and loyalty programs
- Coordination with medical team
- Maintenance of all buildings facilities equipment gardens apartments and infrastructure
- Human relations recruitment and compliance with labor laws
- Safety and security; Lawful operations and legal compliances
- Housekeeping and hygiene
- Food and beverage
- Public relations
- Vendor development product sourcing and purchasing
- Expenditure control and cost center management
- MIS and Development and implementation of SOPs
- Store and inventory management
- Managing emergencies
- To maintain the required working hours and to attend the Entity on a daily basis
- To remain available 24/7 for any work related to the Entity
- Regular reporting at agreed frequency in decided formats
- Expansion into other cities
- Managing satellite OPD centers
- Developing solutions and packages for corporate groups
- Developing multi-channel sales networks
