Position Overview
The Global Product Manager is responsible for shaping the strategy development and performance of products within the Trauma & Extremity portfolio. This role gathers market insights collaborates with internal teams and helps deliver innovative solutions that support customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies and go to market plans for assigned product lines
- Lead product development initiatives product launches and portfolio optimization efforts
- Collaborate with teams across marketing sales education R&D quality and supply chain
- Support the development of marketing materials product training and educational content
- Gather feedback from customers key opinion leaders and sales teams to guide product improvements
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
- Support pricing strategies sales forecasting and product performance tracking
- Participate in industry conferences training programs and sales support initiatives

Requirements
Required
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years of product management experience in medical technology OR
- 8 years of related experience in medical device sales biomedical engineering or orthopedic implant technology
- Familiarity with joint replacement technologies and clinical applications
- Strong communication presentation and analytical skills
- Ability to work with cadaveric specimens in a laboratory or operating room environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30%)
Preferred
- Experience in veterinary or animal health industries
- Experience launching new products or managing product commercialization
- Global product management experience
- Degree in business engineering or life sciences
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
