About the Position

Meridian University is currently hiring multiple adjunct faculty to teach graduate courses in Clinical Psychology at its Los Angeles Campus in Santa Monica CA.

Location: This is a Hybrid teaching role. On-site courses are held at Meridian Universitys Los Angeles Center in Santa Monica CA.

Hours & Schedule: Live courses are held once per week for six weeks out of the quarter. Live class times are determined based on student and faculty needs.

Masters and Doctoral degrees in Psychology at Meridian provide a cumulative emergent and integrated curriculum empowering the students transformation both personally and professionally.

The Psychology program integrates a number of diverse orientations including Integral Psychology Somatic and Yoga Psychology Depth Psychology Transpersonal Psychology and Clinical Psychology. Learning outcomes include collaborativity law and ethics process skills psychopathology reflexivity empathy and culture.

Psychology at Meridian integrates three distinct dimensions of Psychology: academic discipline vocation and profession. Psychology at Meridian seeks to reclaim the soul through the imagination and draws on numerous knowledge domains which are not a recognized part of the conventional discipline and profession of psychology.

Qualifications

  • PsyD or PhD in Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Prior teaching experience
  • Eager to engage with students both in-person and online
  • Experience with online teaching in Blackboard Canvas D2L Moodle or other LMS
  • Experienced with a variety of cloud-based platforms like Microsoft Office 365
  • Consistently inspired to achieve and grow your contribution
  • Committed to life-long learning and personal responsibility
  • Excited by team collaboration and complex challenges
