Job Title: Program Manager (Master)
Location: Primarily Remote; may require partial/full onsite if local to worksite (Washington DC / Macon GA / Boyers PA)
Duration: 1 Year Base 4 Option Years
Job Description:
- Lead large-scale IT programs owning delivery stakeholder engagement and overall program success across cost schedule performance and quality metrics.
- Responsible for managing enterprise initiatives and ensuring alignment with government priorities and contract objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Function as the administrative and technical focal point for assigned project(s) or program(s)
- Establish and manage program budgets schedules and resource plans
- Plan direct supervise and control technical fiscal and administrative aspects of assigned work
- Maintain authority and accountability to commit organizational resources for successful attainment of project objectives including schedule performance quality cost and stakeholder relations
- Interface with senior-level customer management and executive stakeholders
- Establish priorities and oversee technical and support personnel as required
- Drive risk management issue resolution and delivery performance across multiple workstreams
- Ensure program compliance with contractual operational and security requirements
- Provide executive reporting status updates and performance metrics
Minimum Requirements & Education:
- BA/BS degree in a related discipline with minimum 10 years of directly related experience OR 14 years of indirectly related experience
- MA/MS or MBA with minimum 8 years of directly related experience
- PhD with minimum 7 years of directly related experience
Required Qualifications:
- Prior Federal experience required
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT programs
- Strong leadership budgeting staffing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- PgMP Certification
