Job Summary
Job Title: IT Project Manager (Senior)
Location: Hybrid (Washington DC / Macon GA / Boyers PA)
Duration: 1 Year Base 4 Option Years
Job Description:
- Lead complex BPA Calls or enterprise IT initiatives ensuring successful delivery alignment with government stakeholders enterprise systems schedules and contract objectives.
- Responsible for managing project execution technical coordination and overall delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Lead Project Manager for a large complex BPA Call or group of BPA Calls
- Assist the Program Manager in coordinating with Contracting Officer (CO) CORs and agency stakeholders
- Responsible for overall management and successful execution of BPA Call(s)
- Ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner
- Perform enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning across multiple teams and systems
- Interface with other functional systems technical teams and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans milestones dashboards and status reports
- Identify risks issues dependencies and escalation items
- Ensure compliance with project governance quality standards and contract requirements
Minimum Requirements & Education:
- BA/BS degree with minimum 10 years of directly related experience OR 14 years of experience
- MA/MS or MBA with 8 years of experience
- PhD with 7 years of experience
Required Qualifications:
- Prior Federal experience required
- Strong experience managing large-scale IT projects or BPA Calls
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing schedules budgets risks and deliverables
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
