As a Security Officer you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our client site by monitoring premises conducting patrols and providing excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Surveillance: Monitor cameras and patrol assigned areas to detect suspicious activity or safety concerns.

• Access Control: Verify identification issue visitor passes and ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.

• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms incidents medical situations or safety hazards and contact emergency services when necessary.

• Incident Reporting: Document incidents and observations in clear and detailed reports.

• Patrolling: Conduct foot patrols of buildings entrances parking areas and perimeters to ensure security.

• Customer Service: Provide assistance and information to employees and visitors in a professional manner.

• Safety Inspections: Identify hazards or unsafe conditions and report them promptly.

• Conflict Resolution: Help manage minor disturbances while maintaining a calm and professional presence.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other security personnel and local emergency services when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong observation and de-escalation skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to safety ethics and professionalism

• Basic to intermediate computer skills

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma GED or equivalent

• Reliable transportation and communication

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• Ability to read write and speak English effectively
