Team Lead, Managed Care

To help ensure success of high quality and on time delivery of rebate claims processing for IntegriChains Managed Services Customers.

What this role entails:  

• Process and analyze rebate claims within multiple business areas per the business area SLAs
• Ensure that all business area SLAs and quality expectations are met
• Escalate all business areas issues accordingly and resolve appropriately
• Oversight of 6-8 analyst level resources
• Maintain and enhance the teams knowledge within the business areas detailed responsibilities
• Understand and ensure teams compliance of company and departments business processes and policies
• Assist analysts with validation and troubleshooting system issues
• Support onboarding and training of team members
• Provide status updates reporting and analysis as required
• Support system testing
• Support ad hoc projects

What success looks like in this role:

• Rebate claims are delivered on time and are of high quality
• Team is engaged in their roles and department success
• Compliance with department business processes
• Strong communication with direct manager on both accomplishments and challenges within team
• Partner with other team leads to support department processes and policies

Qualifications :

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail along with strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills
• Ability to adapt to change
• Ability to coach and guide others and provide constructive feedback to help individuals grow and develop
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel including management from both business and technical teams
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office applications:  Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint

What youll bring to the table:

• Graduate of finance accounting or information management preferred
• At least seven (7) years of progressive experience as a Senior Analyst/Team Lead/Supervisor or similar role supporting business applications and processes and managing team members
• Previous experience with Managed Care Rebates Formulary review and determination Medicaid Rebates Government Pricing or Chargebacks strongly preferred
• Experience with ICyte Model N(Flex) or Model N(Powered by N) a plus
