• Product Strategy & AI Innovation
  Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered digital solutions aligning with business objectives and emerging technology trends.
  Lead the development of intelligent scalable products leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• AI Product Development & Integration
  Collaborate with AI/ML and engineering teams to design and integrate advanced AI capabilities including LLMs transformers and agent-based systems into product features.
  Drive innovation through the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies and frameworks.
• Technical Product Ownership
  Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications user stories and technical requirements.
  Act as the bridge between engineering data science and business teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Hands-On Engineering Collaboration
  Actively participate in architecture discussions design reviews and code walkthroughs.
  Contribute to prototyping and backend development ( Python) where required to accelerate product development.
• Experimentation & Prototyping
  Lead rapid experimentation initiatives including prompt engineering model fine-tuning and agent orchestration.
  Drive proof-of-concepts (POCs) and MVP development to validate ideas and accelerate time-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  Work closely with strategy engineering design and business stakeholders to deliver scalable high-impact solutions.
  Ensure alignment across teams and maintain a strong focus on product quality and performance.
• Agile Delivery & Execution
  Lead Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning backlog prioritization and release management.
  Ensure timely delivery of features with measurable business impact.
• Customer-Centric Product Design
  Leverage customer feedback usage analytics and market insights to continuously refine product features and enhance user experience

• 34 years in product management
• Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer

• Strong foundation in backend technologies and cloud platforms
• Proven experience building AI/ML-powered products and solutions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical thinking problem-solving and communication skills
