Team Member Packaging Operations ( Visual Inspection )

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Good Knowledge on Visual Inspection processes (manual & Automated).

2) Hands on experience on Automated Inspection(VIAL & PFS) Equipments like: BOSCH Seidenader Syntegon and Brevetti.

3) Hands on experience on machines(leak test) like: Nikka (HVLD) and Wilco (P & V) Syntegon

4) Hands on experience on Semi-automatic inspection machine:

5) Hands on experience on Manual visual inspection equipment and process.

6) Hands on experience on creating new recipes

7) Hands on experience on qualification and new inspection machine qualification

8) Experience in qualification process of visual inspector.

Qualifications :

Educational Qualification: Any Bachelors or Masters

Minimum Work Experience: 3 to 8 Years 

Technical Skills
EBR/ESP PASX execution/review of the document and closure intime as per the delivery schedule.
To handle QMS (Change notifications CAPA incidents IA SOP market complaints BPR  preparation & revision) tasks for meeting the compliance.
To execute and ensure online documentation closure and deposition of documents related to packaging and dispatch activities.

Behavioural skills
Strong team skills actively contributing to collaborative efforts and fostering a positive team environment.
Diligence and sincerity in tasks and responsibilities ensuring a thorough and earnest approach to work.
