Inviting applications for the role of Manager Enterprise E360
In this role your primary responsibility is to solve develop and implement effective ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and meet the needs of the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders including business leaders process owners and development teams to analyze requirements design technical solutions and oversee the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in ServiceNows capabilities and best practices will enable you to develop scalable and sustainable solutions that enhance productivity streamline processes and improve overall service management.

Responsibilities:
Work on the support tickets (Incident/requests) and provide solutions to the end users.
Help to identify the root cause of the issues and work along with development team to fix those defects/bugs.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to support team ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Design and implement scalable performant secure and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
Review the stories along with developers perform testing production deployments with zero errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business analysts to drive successful implementations.
Conduct code reviews troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Proactively propose innovative solutions and new features that drive business value.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science /information technology or any related field
Relevant years of experience in ServiceNow Administration/ Development with a focus on building ServiceNow Portals custom applications Integrations and workflows
In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform including Service Catalog Incident Management Problem Management Change Management and other ITSM modules
Proficiency in configuring and customization including foundational data setup such as service catalog categories items and request workflows
Experience with ServiceNow integrations REST/SOAP APIs Integration HUB and data exchange mechanisms
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


Preferred Qualifications
Mandatory-Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Optional - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience with other ServiceNow custom application development and portal development JavaScript Business Rules Server-side scripting Client-side Scripting Script Includes service catalog widgets scheduled jobs email notifications reporting and dashboards.
