Job Summary

TheExpert Team Manager leads a team of highly skilled professionals responsible for delivering complex technical or business solutions. This role ensures highquality execution operational efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives while fostering collaboration innovation and professional growth within the manager acts as both a people leader and subject matter authority guiding strategy managing performance and ensuring successful project and service delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & ManagementLead mentor and develop a team of experts or clear goals performance expectations and career development a collaborative inclusive and highperformance work performance reviews coaching and feedback sessions.Operational & Delivery ManagementOversee planning execution and delivery of projects or quality standards timelines and KPIs are consistently workload distribution and resource allocation across the risks resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.Strategic ContributionContribute to departmental strategy and operational opportunities to improve processes tools and innovation and adoption of best practices within the team.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with internal teams leadership and clients to align project updates performance metrics and strategic as a point of escalation for complex technical or operational issues.Talent & Capability DevelopmentSupport hiring onboarding and retention of expert knowledge sharing and skill development within the continuous learning and professional growth.

Required QualificationsBachelors degree in a relevant field (Business Technology Engineering or related discipline).

Proven experience inteam leadership or management roles.

Strong expertise in the relevant domain or technical ability to manage complex projects or communication leadership and problemsolving skills.

Preferred QualificationsMasters degree or relevant professional working in technology consulting managed services or enterprise environments.Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile Scrum ITIL etc.).
