About this role
What youll be doing
- Provide high-quality administrative support across the organisation
- Maintain accurate records registers and documentation
- Support meetings prepare agendas take minutes and coordinate calendars
- Assist with HR recruitment coordination and onboarding tasks
- Contribute to process improvements and organisational efficiency
- Uphold confidentiality and the Comcare Uara and Culture
- Coordinate vehicle bookings and usage
- Maintain WOF registration and insurance compliance
- Schedule servicing and support fleet reporting
- Maintain supplier lists
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Support contractor and supplier administration
- Support production of marketing materials
- Assist with website updates communications and surveys
- Contribute to formatting reports and publications
About you
This role is ideal for someone who is organised proactive tech-savvy and enjoys supporting others to do their best work. Previous experience in mental health social services or similar environments is an advantage. Experience that demonstrates the ability to act with empathy professionalism and patience.
Youll thrive in this role if you are:
- Experienced in administration (2 years)
- Highly organised adaptable and calm under pressure
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 databases and general office software
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Professional with high standards of confidentiality
- Friendly culturally responsive and values-driven
- Able to build positive relationships across teams
- Confident in preparing documents reports and written communications
Desirable:
- Certificate in Business Administration
- HR or Health & Safety admin experience and/or Fleet Vehicle admin experience
- Marketing material and website administration experience
Applicants must hold a current full clean drivers license.
You will have a cultural awareness knowledge of and demonstrable commitment to the principles of TeTiritio Waitangi.
