Senior Business Analyst

Were looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Engineering Solutions Digital Support team in Christchurch. You will work across the NZ business from office-based teams through to construction sites translating operational needs into clear practical digital solutions. Your focus will be improving how digital tools are selected rolled out and adopted. You will partner closely with our National Manager Digital Support IT and Digital Product Owners to make sure what we implement is usable scalable and adds value.

• Shape the way digital products are rolled out nationally.
• Learn and understand the NZ Fulton Hogan business using a strong operational lens.
• Ensure our digital tools are fit for purpose.

• Build and maintain strong authentic and trusted relationships across the NZ business
• Improve adoption and realised value from existing digital tools.
• Provide clear analysis to support decisions on digital products and platforms.
• Bridge the gap between digital strategy technology and frontline operations.
• Support the implementation of new digital tools and systems.

Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga Were looking for someone with

• 3 to 5 years experience minimum in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in a complex environment
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders including operational teams
• A strong focus on creating and building trusted relationships

Ideally you will have solid experience with digital products or platforms like Microsoft a strong interest in AI-enbabled solutions and experience supporting digital change.
