Job Summary
Staff Management Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our client in Somerset NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- Depends on experience
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations including inventory management shipment receiving order fulfillment and maintaining accurate stock records. This role ensures inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits while coordinating with internal teams to support efficient warehouse workflow. The ideal candidate is bilingual highly organized experienced in warehouse and inventory management and capable of maintaining smooth and efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy in the warehouse
- Receive inspect and record incoming shipments
- Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment (if and when needed)
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and stock levels
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (if and when needed)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
- MUST have previous warehouse and inventory management experience
- Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Forklift experience is a plus
