Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead two high-impact enterprise initiatives:
AI-Powered Supplier Spend Intelligence Platform (50%)
Legal Document Management Cloud Migration (50%)
This role owns end-to-end delivery across planning execution budgets vendors and executive reporting partnering closely with IT Finance Procurement Data & Analytics and Legal. (Legal document management migration to iManage)
Qualifications :
- 8 years of project management experience in IT preferably within financial/procurement systems or ERP implementations as well as document management and migration.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles procurement processes and enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow JIRA/Confluence Apptio/TargetProcess Oracle EBS/Cloud Coupa.
- Experience with iManage document management system a plus.
- Experience with AI Analytics Machine Learningbased classification NLP anomaly detection predictive analytics preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manages expectations effectively.
- Product experience a plus.
- PMP Agile or similar project management certification.

Additional Employee Requirements
- Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls as necessary.
- Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite as necessary.
- Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer as necessary.
- Ability to bend kneel crouch and reach overhead as necessary.
- Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment as necessary.
- Vision abilities including close vision toleration of fluorescent lighting and adjusting focus as necessary.
- For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance ability to lift 25 lbs as necessary.
- For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record are required as driving is an essential job function.
