Responsibilities:

The RN Case Manager Will Maintain a Case Load Of About 20 Patients
Patients Per Day-4 On Average

Requirements:

Registered Nurse in the State Of Georgia
Full Time Monday-Friday
No call
No Nights
No Weekends
1 Year of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience-Preferred but Will Consider Med/Surg. Oncology Nursing Home Experience
