We seek a highly skilled and experienced Medical/Surgical and Telemetry Registered Nurse capable of assuming Charge Nurse responsibilities. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to a diverse patient population ranging from one month of age through end of life in a short-term acute care setting. Daily tasks include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Critical to this role is strong communication and collaboration with patients providers and other team members to ensure high-quality care.

- Function as a fully independent staff nurse managing a standard patient ratio of 1:6.
- Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities independently as needed.
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients ranging from one month of age through end of life.
- Perform clinical assessments administer medications and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of providers and staff.
- Maintain broad clinical competency to address varying patient acuities and age groups.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Current ACLS BLS and PALS certifications.
- Minimum of two years of hospital home health or hospice care experience.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Valid drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Facility is a 49-bed Short Term Acute Care Level IV Trauma Center.
