Responsibilities

  • Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs and educate on hiring trends labor market data and best practices in recruiting and retention methods in their market area
  • Screens resume interviews candidates (by phone or in person) administers appropriate assessments and makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings within assigned areas of responsibility
  • Utilizes traditional and non-traditional resources such as career fairs online job fairs community network events etc. to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
  • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process
  • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
  • Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Clear Co.
  • Provides necessary metric updates to management including time to hire

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with all levels of employees
  • Basic understanding of employment law related to the recruitment process
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Base salary range: $85000$105000/year plus eligibility for a 10% annual performance bonus
