Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator with 35 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This role will support the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment demonstrates strong communication skills and has a passion for delivering operational excellence in recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments managing complex calendars and logistics
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings resume screening and interview coordination
• Partner closely with recruiters hiring managers and HR to ensure alignment and timely movement of candidates through the pipeline
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation
• Assist with background checks reference checks and pre-employment processes
• Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed (time-to-fill pipeline activity etc.)
• Support employer branding initiatives including job board postings and coordination of recruitment events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws and regulations

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 35 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Greenhouse iCIMS Workday Lever)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word)
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
• Experience supporting multi-location or high-growth organizations
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding platforms
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
