Job Summary

To support our rapid global growth and manufacturing scale we are looking for a Head of Logistics who will take full ownership of Ajax Systems global logistics operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Build lead and develop Ajax Systems international logistics team.
- Design implement and manage end-to-end logistics processes.
- Ensure best in class Logistics methods processes and solutions.
- Drive automation of logistics processes and workplaces.
- Manage import & export logistics: Ukraine Vietnam Turkey EU North America UAE.
- Oversee fulfillment and own warehouses globally.
- Ensure customs clearance compliance worldwide.
- Enable data-driven decision-making across all logistics functions.
- Implement GTD principles to improve execution and prioritization.
- Drive and ensure a Continuous Improvement approach.
Hard skills:
- 5 years of relevant experience including 3 years in logistics leadership or consulting roles.
- Proven experience managing international and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships.
- Commercially and financially astute with experience managing budgets and optimizing costs.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to think critically and beyond standard frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Excellent organizational and people management skills.
- Confident negotiator capable of operating at all levels.
- Excellent communication influencing and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to plan and deliver against tight deadlines.
- English and Ukrainian proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- APICS Certificate is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
- A proven track of designing and improving international Logistics networks will be considered as an advantage.
- TMS systems experience will be considered as an advantage.
