About the Company
This is a new venture being launched by a well-established Tier-1 iGaming affiliate group operating in the market since 2008 and recognized as one of the industry leaders.
The project is built on top of proven expertise in player acquisition affiliate operations and long-standing relationships with top-tier operators globally.
While leveraging the backing knowledge and network of the parent business the new entity will operate as an independent agile unit focused on high-value traffic delivery through SEO and media buying.
Role Overview
This is a foundational hands-on role responsible for building and owning the entire commercial function from scratch.
The Head of Business Development will define how the company structures partnerships monetizes traffic and operates commerciallywhile personally closing high-value deals with selected operators.
This is not a traditional Head of management role. It requires a highly autonomous scrappy operator who can combine strategy execution and deal-making without relying on large teams.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Deal-Making
Identify approach and secure partnerships with high-value iGaming operators
Structure and close large strategic traffic deals (e.g. geo-exclusive campaigns)
Build and maintain a focused partner portfolio (quality over quantity)
Business Development
Develop and manage a targeted database of operators and key decision-makers
Leverage existing network within iGaming affiliate ecosystem
Work closely with founders on market prioritization (e.g. Poland DACH Italy LATAM)
Commercial Infrastructure
Design and implement end-to-end commercial processes:
Partner onboarding
Contracting (IOs DocuSign flows)
CRM / database structure
Financial tracking and reporting
Ensure visibility into traffic performance conversion and partner ROI
Automation & Systems
Build lightweight automated workflows (e.g. Telegram database reporting pipelines)
Integrate partner data and performance tracking systems
Optimize operations for a lean automation-first setup
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with SEO team to align traffic supply with commercial demand
Prepare the foundation for future media buying integration
Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
Strong experience in iGaming affiliation (SEO media buying or both)
Proven track record of closing high-value deals with operators
Deep network within iGaming operators / affiliate ecosystem
Experience working in unregulated or grey markets
Hands-on experience building processes or functions from scratch
Preferred:
Exposure to both SEO and paid traffic acquisition
Experience working in startup or highly lean environments
Strong analytical mindset (comfortable with performance data and deal economics)
Familiarity with automation tools and workflow building
What This Role Is NOT
Not a corporate Head of with large teams
Not a pure sales or account management role
Not focused on high-volume low-value partnerships
Not suitable for candidates reliant on structured environments
