Responsibilities
- Assist in handling day-to-day administration for a commercial building managed by the Corporation including marketing and coordination with customers
- Carry out daily operation of loading bay common areas of shopping areas and office buildings
- Address customers enquiries and complaints
- Liaise with contractors stakeholders and internal departments
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in at least 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Languages
- A minimum of 2 years experience in property management / customer service
- Strong interpersonal skill and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands-on experience in software applications such as Chinese and English word processing Microsoft Excel PowerPoint
- Knowledge in accounting is an advantage
Remarks
- Required to wear uniforms and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
