Join an on-site Marketing Customer Support team in Lisbon and work closely with advertisers using online advertising solutions.
*Relocation is possible only for candidates who already hold a valid Portuguese/EU work permit.*

Compensation

Base salary: 985 gross / month (14 months)

Complexity Bonus: 80 / month (11 months)

Provide B2B customer support to advertisers focusing on paid campaigns and digital advertising products while ensuring high service quality and advertiser satisfaction.
Key Requirements

Arabic: Fluent (Egypt Jordan or UAE market)

English: Good working proficiency

Mandatory experience in paid campaign management

Degree in Marketing or a related field

Experience in Digital Marketing

Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech company

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising basics

Customer serviceoriented mindset

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Valid work permit required (relocation considered only for legally eligible candidates)
