The Business Analyst Wealth Operations & Digital Transformation will lead and execute operational change initiatives within the Private Wealth Management (PWM) function. The role involves managing projects across the trade lifecycle driving process improvements implementing technology solutions and supporting governance and compliance requirements. The candidate will collaborate with business operations technology and vendor partners to deliver efficient scalable and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute projects to deliver operational and digital transformation initiatives within PWM.
- Conduct detailed business analysis requirements gathering process mapping and problem-solving across the trade lifecycle.
- Lead and coordinate governance forums working groups and stakeholder meetings to ensure project progress and alignment.
- Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to implement digital solutions workflow automation and system enhancements.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation including project plans requirement specifications test scripts and implementation strategies.
- Partner with compliance audit and risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence and control effectiveness.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize processes improve quality and reduce manual effort.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to business teams on new processes and tools.
Requirements / Skills:
- 5 years of experience in business analysis or project management within banking operations preferably in wealth management.

Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products across asset classes.

Experience with process improvement digitalization and workflow automation initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple regions or teams.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Mural) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage multiple priorities deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Professional certifications such as SAFe PMP or equivalent are a plus.
