Job Summary
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design and deploy analytical models that generate actionable insights to drive business growth and mitigate risks.
Identify and explore diverse data sources performing exploratory data analysis to uncover relevant data for specific business challenges.
Work closely with stakeholders to recommend and evaluate initiatives aimed at improving business performance.
Establish and enhance business analytics capabilities based on defined use cases.
Create dashboards and visualizations to present insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Translate complex analytical results into simple compelling narratives to support business understanding and decision-making.
Keep up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
Provide both technical and functional support for internal users on BI tools and reporting solutions.
Partner with data engineering and governance teams to ensure timelines requirements and any risks or changes are properly managed.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Information Engineering or a related field.
At Least 3 years experience in data analytics or business intelligence with a solid grasp of business processes and data needs.
Strong foundation in statistics and hands-on experience with predictive prescriptive and machine learning techniques.
Proficiency in SQL Python and/or R for data extraction transformation and analysis.
Experience in building maintaining and optimizing Power BI dashboards reports and visualizations to deliver business insights.
Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Experience with Azure Databricks is a plus.
