Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the IT industry.
- Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels including job boards social media and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate or with up to 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
