Position: Customer Service Czech English
Location: Lisbon Portugal On-Site
Start Date: 30 April 2026
Relocation Support:
Accommodation in a shared apartment only. A monthly amount of 250300 will be deducted from the candidates salary. Flight tickets are not included.
Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday: 08:00 17:00 or 09:00 18:00 (rotative shifts)

Days Off: 2 rotational days

Later schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts
About the Role:
Join our international team as a Customer Service Specialist and support Czech-speaking customers in a fast-growing global e-commerce environment. You will ensure high-quality service manage peak periods during promotions and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Maintain expert knowledge of e-commerce products and services
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and rational decision-making

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat professionally

Manage high contact volumes during peak seasons efficiently
Requirements:

Fluent in Czech and English (spoken and written)
-
Strong understanding of e-commerce principles
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Empathetic rational and able to perform under pressure
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: 920/month 14 months
-
Performance Bonus: 45/month 11 months

Meal Allowance: 7.63/day

Welcome Bonus: Paid monthly over the first year (1/12 per month)
- Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (employee contribution required free after 6 months)
