Job Summary
We are looking for a Automation QA Engineer (Python) focused on backend testing and API automation. The role is centered around Python (pytest) API testing (REST/SOAP) and performance testing using JMeter. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building automation frameworks and working with tools like Postman and SoapUI.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and pytest.
- Perform API testing with focus on RESTful and SOAP services.
- Create and execute automated tests in Postman and SoapUI including data-driven testing and SQL integrations.
- Develop and execute test cases across Python Postman and SoapUI.
- Conduct performance testing using JMeter (load and stress testing).
- Implement backend test automation solutions using PowerShell.
- Monitor test automation runs and identify issues in the system.
- Prepare clear and structured test reports for developers.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in API testing (REST SOAP)
- Hands-on experience with Python and pytest
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
- Experience with Postman and SoapUI
- Experience with JMeter (performance testing)
- Experience with PowerShell for backend automation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL
- Experience with Git
