Operations Improvement Analyst

How Will I Help

As an Operations Improvement Analyst youll support transformation initiatives across Cash & Transactional Banking Operations with a strong focus on reconciliation transformation. Youll help assess how change impacts people processes customers and risk and support delivery of initiatives aligned to strategic regulatory and policy requirements.

Working closely with project teams and stakeholders youll assist with impact analysis run workshops document current and future state processes and contribute to change management activities. Youll also deliver clear project documentation and insights that support better operational and customer outcomes.

What Do I Need

Youll have a sound background in operational or continuous improvement with handson experience documenting processes or project outcomes. Youre datadriven analytical and comfortable questioning the status quo to drive better results while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Youll be confident working with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear practical documentation. Exposure to Agile delivery environments and tools such as Confluence JIRA Visio or other process mapping platforms will be advantageous. Strong communication skills adaptability and time management are essential with LEAN experience or accreditation a bonus.
