Overview

The Client Experience Coordinator works closely with clients to understand their needs provide recommendations and coordinate service arrangements from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand preferences and expectations

  • Provide recommendations based on client needs

  • Coordinate reservations confirmations and scheduling details

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service hospitality or client support preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Comfortable using digital tools and online systems
