Job Description: Customer Service Data Entry Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer data and information into the company database
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone email or live chat
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of customer orders and requests
- Maintain and update customer records with the latest information and interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Desired Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service or data entry role.
