Job Description: Customer Service Data Entry Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter customer data and information into the company database
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone email or live chat
  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of customer orders and requests
  • Maintain and update customer records with the latest information and interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Desired Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service or data entry role.
