Job Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Netflix you will play a vital role in ensuring our members receive unparalleled support and guidance to maximize their enjoyment of our service. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention building strong professional relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their Netflix experience.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and drive initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring prompt communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing sales and product development to advocate for customer needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and resources for customers to help them maximize their use of Netflix services.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics and provide recommendations for improving services and customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success account management or related roles.
  • Experience within the tech and entertainment sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success metrics.
