Urban Real Estate is looking for an Accountant Payroll Focus to take ownership of payroll commissions and reporting. This role sits at the heart of our finance team making sure our people are paid accurately commissions are verified and reporting stays sharp and reliable.

What Success Looks Like for You

Youre not just processing payroll youre running it like a pro.

• Payroll runs smoothly and accurately every cycle for both permanent and casual team members

• Payslips are prepared on time and commission checks for BDMs referrals and leasing are spot-on

• Youre working closely with HR to ensure new starters and exit payments are processed correctly

• Payroll batches are uploaded and released efficiently and on schedule

• Salesperson commission splits are updated and reconciled in Complete Data

• Superannuation and payroll tax are lodged correctly and on time

• Payroll-related general ledger accounts are reconciled and accurate

• Your reporting is clean clear and reliable helping the finance team stay on top of payroll data

• When audit time comes around everything is organised and ready to go

Success in this role means payroll runs seamlessly reporting is accurate and nothing falls through the cracks.
