What Youll Actually Do

• More than just Processing: You arent just processing paychecks; you are here to maintain the best and most efficient payroll practices and systems.

• Be the Compliance Authority: Act as the central expert on regional statutory obligations ensuring every payment is audit-ready and compliant with local laws and regulations.

• Drive Collaboration: Partner closely with People & Culture and Finance to evaluate new employee benefits and provide critical forecasted cost information for global financial planning. 

• Enable the Team: Develop a user-friendly experience that ensures every PaperCutter has easy access to their benefits and receives timely accurate support for all payroll inquiries.

• Measure What Matters: Oversee monthly and annual reconciliations and accounting entries translating complex payroll data into accurate financial reporting.

• Systems Savvy: You know how to leverage modern payroll tooling  automation and Excel to drive rapid execution and deep financial analysis.
