As part of our Customer Care Team youll work with churches youth athletic teams schools and non-profits to build meaningful long-lasting relationships. Together well empower our customers to achieve their fundraising goals and create real change.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service.
- Answer inquiries via phone and email enter/process orders and maintain customer accounts.
- Handle customer questions concerns and troubleshooting with professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support team operations.

What Were Looking For
Prior customer service experience preferred (retail hospitality or call center).
4-year degree.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Typing speed: 35 WPM with accuracy.
Highly organized detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
Passion for helping others and working in a team-driven environment.
Bonus Skills (Not Required But a Plus!)
Experience with Adobe Illustrator Photoshop After Effects InDesign or Premiere Pro.
Familiarity with MS Access HTML JavaScript SQL or IT support.
Tech-savvy Comfortable setting up PCs monitors and printers Thats a plus!
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a bonus!
