Job Summary

The Market Operations role will support the execution and consistency of seller-facing marketing initiatives within the IN2WW Amazon Ads team.

This role will work closely with the Ads Education Lead Digital Marketing Lead and Event Marketing Lead to strengthen messaging improve content quality and ensure cohesive brand representation across touchpoints.

The role combines content support digital amplification AI-led experimentation and marketing operations discipline. It requires strong writing skills structured execution and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
1. Brand Narrative & Content Development
-Partner with webinar and event leads to refine storytelling structure decks and improve narrative clarity.

-Translate complex Ads concepts into simple seller-friendly communication.

-Ensure consistency in tone positioning and brand representation across all touchpoints.

2. Social & Content Amplification Support

-Collaborate with the Social Media Lead to develop value-led content themes.

-Repurpose webinars events and insights into social-ready formats (static posts shorts reels etc).

-Support development of thought-leadership content aligned to IN2WW priorities.

-Monitor engagement patterns and recommend improvements to content effectiveness.

3. AI-Enabled Marketing Innovation

-Experiment with AI tools for content generation summarization repurposing and workflow automation.

-Identify opportunities to increase marketing productivity using automation and AI.

-Support pilot initiatives that test new formats (short-form content AI visuals interactive formats).

-Document and share learnings to scale successful approaches.

4. Marketing Program Coordination & Execution Support

-Maintain structured tracking of marketing initiatives and deliverables.

-Support performance measurement across webinars events and social initiatives.

-Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales Product Marketing Agencies) to ensure smooth execution.

-Improve process efficiency and documentation across marketing workflows.

- 4 years of marketing brand advertising media sales or online advertising work and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders experience

- Experience working with marketing tools including email web analytics CRM and marketing automation platforms
