Job Overview
Medopharm is looking for a highly experienced and strategic General Manager Sales & Marketing to lead domestic business growth. This role will be responsible for driving revenue expanding market presence strengthening customer relationships and aligning sales strategies with evolving industry demands.
Key Responsibilities
Drive achievement of monthly quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with business objectives
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase domestic market share
Identify new business opportunities emerging markets and strategic partnerships
Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams incorporating market insights into product development
Lead market research initiatives to analyse customer needs industry trends and competitor positioning
Spearhead expansion into new markets and strengthen overall market footprint
Design and implement training programs to improve sales team productivity and effectiveness
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute impactful promotional campaigns
Monitor sales performance identify gaps and implement corrective actions
Lead recruitment onboarding and development of high-performing sales teams
Oversee end-to-end sales operations ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals
Track competitor activities pricing strategies and market trends; provide accurate forecasts
Enhance customer satisfaction through feedback analysis and engagement strategies
Prepare and present sales reports insights and strategic plans to senior leadership
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients distributors and stakeholders

In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and regulatory environment
