Job Overview

Medopharm is looking for a highly experienced and strategic General Manager Sales & Marketing to lead domestic business growth. This role will be responsible for driving revenue expanding market presence strengthening customer relationships and aligning sales strategies with evolving industry demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive achievement of monthly quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with business objectives

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase domestic market share

  • Identify new business opportunities emerging markets and strategic partnerships

  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams incorporating market insights into product development

  • Lead market research initiatives to analyse customer needs industry trends and competitor positioning

  • Spearhead expansion into new markets and strengthen overall market footprint

  • Design and implement training programs to improve sales team productivity and effectiveness

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute impactful promotional campaigns

  • Monitor sales performance identify gaps and implement corrective actions

  • Lead recruitment onboarding and development of high-performing sales teams

  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals

  • Track competitor activities pricing strategies and market trends; provide accurate forecasts

  • Enhance customer satisfaction through feedback analysis and engagement strategies

  • Prepare and present sales reports insights and strategic plans to senior leadership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients distributors and stakeholders
