Services BIM Draftsman

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Services BIM Draftsman to join our growing Water business within the Energy & Utilities unit based in Brisbane. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality BIM modelling and documentation for commercial and industrial infrastructure projects across the Water sector.

As a Services BIM Draftsman you will be responsible for the creation management and coordination of detailed 3D BIM models for Electrical ICT and Mechanical services. Working closely with Project Managers and the Regional Electrical Manager you will help develop and review BIM models and 2D drawings that support effective collaboration across the full lifecycle of a projectfrom design through to construction.

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Building Design
• Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical (desirable)
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Revit AutoCAD Navisworks RevIt or similar BIM software.
• Industry Knowledge: Background in architecture engineering or construction
• (AEC) often acting as a specialised drafter or technician
• Minimum 3 Years in the Construction industry essential
