About the Role

As Regional Sales Manager Czech Republic you will be responsible for driving commercial performance across your assigned region supporting dealer network development and ensuring strong execution of BYD sales strategy.

You will act as the key commercial interface between BYD and its dealer partners steering sales funnel performance monitoring market dynamics and supporting continuous improvement of customer experience and financial solution adoption.


Key Objectives & Responsibilities

Commercial Performance & Target Achievement

  • Achieve assigned commercial targets within the region of responsibility.

  • Support dealer teams through structured sales coaching and motivation initiatives.

  • Monitor sales pipeline performance and ensure delivery of agreed targets.

Dealer Network Performance Management

  • Monitor funnel management KPIs across the assigned dealer network.

  • Identify performance gaps and develop actionable improvement plans.

  • Support implementation of best practices to increase conversion and productivity.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking

  • Provide regular market insights and competitor benchmarking.

  • Monitor regional commercial trends and customer behavior to support strategic decisions.

Financial Solutions & Commercial Processes

  • Collaborate with local Finance teams to monitor adoption of preferred financial solutions.

  • Develop action plans based on dealer and customer feedback.

Customer Experience & NPS

  • Ensure NPS surveys are effectively implemented across the region.

  • Support timely resolution of customer feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.

Brand Representation & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as BYD brand ambassador and main commercial point of reference for regional sales teams.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by line management.

  • Achievement or overachievement of regional sales targets.

  • Improved funnel conversion and dealer productivity.

Network Development

  • Strong dealer engagement and performance improvement execution.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Effective NPS rollout and customer experience improvement actions.


Required Qualifications & Competencies

Experience

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in B2B sales dealer management or regional sales roles.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Automotive experience is a strong advantage.

Languages

  • Fluent English and native Czech.

Personal Competencies

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Autonomous proactive and results-oriented mindset.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
