Our client is seeking a School Business Manager to join a well-regarded secondary school in Essex. This is a full-time role beginning April 2026 responsible for overseeing financial management operational planning and administrative services across the school.

The successful School Business Manager will oversee the schools financial planning procurement HR administration and operational processes. Working closely with the Headteacher and governors you will ensure resources are managed efficiently while maintaining compliance with education regulations.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience working as a School Business Manager or senior school operations professional
Strong knowledge of budgeting financial reporting and procurement processes
