Training Services Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Manager of Training Services to ensure safe effective delivery of our Professional Development Course portfolio to mines worldwide. This role owns the processes tools and operational governance required to scale our training course portfolio improve facilitator performance and ensure highquality customervalued outcomes across all our regional offices.
This is a strategic and hands-on operational leadership position that directly influences revenue growth market penetration delivery quality and cost performance.
Business Purpose
- Provide the business processes systems and tools needed for safe effective and profitable Training Services delivery.
- Drive maturation improvement and expansion of the Training Services portfolio. Through hands on development of courseware and strategy development.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen facilitator capability and customer experience.
- Develop strategies that increase market penetration and multi-year revenue growth
Key Responsibilities
- Keep Training Services Delivery SOPs current accurate and reflective of safe work practices.
- Recommend and drive blueprintlevel improvements to Training Services systems tools and processes
- Collect and report Voice of Customer insights and identify actions for internal teams.
- Ensure course content is maintained updated and continuously improved.
- Provide the structure to maintain all templated materials tools and documentation for course deliveries
- Own the Facilitator onboarding plan performance coaching and development.
- Lead project deliveries where advanced expertise reduces risk or accelerates success (e.g. delivery of new courses or support during resource shortages).
- Provide insights and strategies that support revenue growth and multiyear targets including development of a Training Services Roadmap.
- Monitor regional project completion rates and VoC
- Respond to frontline sales support requests and centralize outcomes into reusable sales enablement collateral.
- Ensure project cost estimates align with annual budgets and price lists.
- Trigger long-term capacity and resource planning based on forecasted needs.

Qualifications
Required
- 5 years in training operations services delivery learning & development or a similar operational or product leadership role.
- Ability to design or contribute to training content instructor guides or learning systems.
- Understanding of SOP governance continuous improvement and service delivery processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage compliance safety and quality in a global/regional operations environment.
- Experience coaching developing or managing facilitators trainers or technical instructors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data project metrics and COGS.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Regional Operations Product and Executive teams.
- Excellent communication documentation and processimprovement skills.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and time zones
