As an Acquisitions Agent you will be the driving force behind our growth. Your mission is to be the first point of contact with self-storage facility owners across the country. This is a high-energy numbers-driven role designed for a self-disciplined professional who excels in structured environments and thrives on hitting performance targets.- High-Volume Outreach: Make 100 - 150 outbound cold calls per day using our specialized dialer and proven scripts.
- Lead Generation: Engage directly with facility owners to gauge interest in selling and identify high-potential opportunities.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully book 5 - 10 qualified appointments per week for the senior acquisitions team.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads based on ownership status interest level and property specifics to ensure quality over quantity.
- Data Management: Accurately log every interaction call outcome and lead detail within our CRM.
- Strategic Follow-up: Re-engage with warm leads over time to build rapport and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Collaborative Growth: Work closely with the Director of Acquisitions to refine scripts and optimize outreach strategies.
What Were Looking For
- 2 - 4 years of experience in heavy outbound cold calling or phone-based sales.
- 2 - 4 years of experience specifically setting appointments with business owners or high-level decision-makers.
- Clear confident and professional English verbal skills with a talent for active listening.
- A thick skin and the ability to maintain high energy despite frequent rejection.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets CRM systems and automated dialing software.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying connected to the team.
Bonus Points If You Have
- A strong background in B2B sales or the real estate industry.
- Previous experience working with high-volume outbound sales teams.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools in a remote work environment.
Technical Requirements- Must have a reliable power backup solution (UPS/Inverter/Solar/Others) to remain online during any load shedding.
