THE VIBE: TWO DIVISIONS ONE GOAL

Our Back Office is a high-speed engine room divided into two elite squads:

1. Document Collection: The hunters who gather the data.
2. Review & Submissions (YOU): The architects. You take the documents and meticulously analyze structure and refine them into a masterpiece of compliance.
   
   

THE ROLE: THE COMPLIANCE GATEKEEPER

You are the final line of defense. As our QA Specialist you arent just an admin; you are the Source of Truth.

• The Deep Dive: Conduct line-by-line forensic checks of client forms to guarantee total accuracy.
• File Architecture: Assemble complete client profiles that meet the worlds strictest quality requirements.
• Risk Detection: Identify gaps errors and risks in files and resolve them with clinical urgency.
• The Deadline Driver: Operate at 100km/h under tight deadlines without ever sacrificing the integrity of the data.
  
• The Vault: Safeguard sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism

DO YOU HAVE THE QA DNA

• The Experience: A proven track record in compliance legal or high-stakes regulatory environments.
• The Eye: You spot a missing comma at forty paces. Your attention to detail is legendary.
• The Brain: Strong critical thinking you dont just see a file issue you see the solution.
• The Tech: Advanced skills in Google Drive CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• The Edge: Fluency in Spanish or French is a massive advantage (but not a dealbreaker).
