Meet5 is the largest leisure community for people over 40. As Content Manager you will be responsible for the strategic positioning on search and generative engines owning the full process from content production to execution on our websites.

In our office in the heart of Frankfurt you will work closely with the marketing and creative team to ensure sustainable growth. You can expect exciting challenges a motivated team and lots of fun at work!

Tasks

• SEO Strategy & Global Scaling: You develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy to establish Meet5 internationally as the leading platform to make new connections. You scale our organic presence across multiple markets and languages ensuring we rank for high-intent local and interest-based keywords.
• Content Strategy & Topical Authority: You manage the roadmap for scalable high-quality content that builds topical authority in the leisure activity niche. You work closely with our community teams to get the content you create localised making sure that our assets not only rank but also resonate with our target demographic.
• GEO & AI Search Optimisation: You pioneer our approach to Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO). You ensure Meet5 is prominently cited and recommended by AI-driven search platforms (such as ChatGPT Perplexity and Google Gemini) by optimizing for LLM-driven discovery and brand mentions.
• Technical SEO & Infrastructure: You oversee the technical health of our web presence. You manage crawlability indexing site architecture and structured data to ensure that search engines can easily navigate our localised pages and group event listings.
• Support our Dev Team: You improve the Meet5 web version including transforming UGC activities into long tail event pages.
• Data Analysis & Organic Insights: You track organic performance metrics monitor keyword rankings and analyse competitor movements. You derive concrete recommendations from search data to identify new market opportunities and explain how organic traffic contributes to our overall growth and CAC goals.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Marketing Business Data Analytics Computer Science Communications or a related field is preferred.
• 3 Years of Experience in SEO: Proven track record in on-page off-page and technical SEO across multiple markets and languages. You are able to design scalable SEO and content strategies while also executing them hands-on. Experience in consumer apps mobile products or marketplace platforms is a strong advantage.
• Analytical Mindset & AI Expertise: You are familiar with AI-driven optimisation methods and understand how to optimise for emerging discovery channels such as LLM-powered search and generative engines.
• Ownership & KPI-driven thinking: You take full ownership of organic growth metrics such as rankings traffic and conversions. You are comfortable designing and running SEO experiments including A/B tests and continuously explore new trends in search and AI-driven discovery.
• Collaborative Team Player: You communicate proactively and work closely with product development and creative teams.
• Language Skills: English at C1 level or higher German skills are a strong advantage.
