Data Analyst HR (mfd)

About your tasks:

• Lead the design and development of advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks to address company-wide HR analytical needs including models supporting workforce planning headcount forecasting retention analysis and organizational effectiveness
• Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards that surface key HR and people KPIs (e.g. hiring attrition engagement performance) enabling real-time insights into workforce dynamics
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including HR Talent Acquisition People Operations and Business Leaders to align analytics with strategic workforce and organizational objectives
• Conduct in-depth people and operational data analysis identifying trends (e.g. attrition drivers hiring funnel performance) tracking deviations and providing clear actionable recommendations to support leadership
• Enhance decision-making processes across the organization by transforming complex people data into compelling narratives tailored to HR and business stakeholders

Qualifications :

About you:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Economics HR Analytics or a related field
• 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst Data Scientist or Analytics Consultant ideally with exposure to HR People Analytics or workforce-related data environments
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud with a strong understanding of data modeling and semantic layer optimization in a people analytics context
• Hands-on experience with Databricks SQL and PowerBi with proven capability in handling large datasets for HR analysis and reporting
