Position Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP technologies hands-on development experience and proven integration capabilities within large-scale enterprise environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to design and oversee complex system architectures while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end SAP solutions tailored to business requirements.
Lead integration efforts between SAP and non-SAP systems in a complex enterprise landscape.
Execute SAP ECC Support Pack Upgrades including system design data migration and post-upgrade optimization.
Oversee migrations from on-premise SAP environments to cloud-based platforms ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance.
Develop and maintain SAP custom solutions with hands-on development experience including ABAP and Fiori.
Work with ALE/IDocs ODATA REST and SOAP interfaces to enable robust and scalable integrations.
Model system architectures and processes using Archimate and UML.
Integrate SAP systems with other technologies such as SAP PI/PO TIBCO and other middleware platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders developers and other architects to ensure cohesive system design.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices standards and security protocols in SAP architectures.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Hava Skills:
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP technologies (e.g. S/4HANA SAP Business Suite SAP Cloud Platform).
Strong background in system integration within large enterprises.
Proven experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrades and related transformation projects.
Expertise in ALE/IDocs ODATA and modern APIs (e.g. REST SOAP) for integration.
Proficiency in middleware technologies such as SAP PI/PO and TIBCO for seamless data exchange.
Experience with cloud migration strategies for SAP landscapes including hybrid environments.
Proficiency in modeling techniques and tools including Archimate and UML.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of additional modeling tools such as BPMN or SysML.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools in an SAP context.
Experience in cloud-native services and platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud for SAP environments.
Knowledge of advanced data integration techniques including event-driven architectures.
