Job Description: Architect in Sriperumbudur

As an Architect you will collaborate with clients engineers and construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
1. Prepare modify and update AutoCAD drawings for architectural structural and civil layouts.
2. Preparation of CADD Drawings for Buildings / Roads / Land / FMB Etc.
3. Detailing of Re-Bar & Interior drawings.
4. Hands-on experience with DTCP RERA and CMDA approval drawings for layouts and local body submissions
5. MEP drawing preparation
6. Assist in surveying layout marking and quantity estimation.
7. Assist senior engineers on site activities and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building systems construction techniques and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in design work.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Sriperumbudur.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to address design challenges.
- Commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly design practices.
- Ability to interact with clients and present design concepts effectively.
